Ayurveda Panchakarma treatment in Delhi


Myself Manju Kapoor, was suffering from severe back ache for last 6 months. I had taken lots of Allopathic treatment for my problem but did not get cure from my problem. The relief was temperory upto the medicines only. Then my husband met Doctor at Aasha Ayurveda and were adviced to take Ayurveda Panchakarma treatment in Delhi. Joint Pain treatment in Delhi!


I suffered from Chikungunia one month back. I got treatment and got cured in a week. But after that I had severe joint pain in my joints. When I took pain killers it subsided and again aggravated post medicine. After one month also, condition was same. I could not even move from one room to another. Then, I got to know about Aasha ayurveda via Pamphlet and they gave me medicine for 7 days along with Panchkarma treatment. Pain was relieved in 3 days and subsided completely in 10 days. All you must know about Abhyangam ( oleation / Snehana)

Introduction:  Abhyangam is specialized ayurvedic body massage done with proper techniquies by trained therapists. Medicated oil is used as per the purpose of Abhyangam. It’s a 45 minutes procedure followed by swedanam ( Steam) for 15 minutes.




Indications :
1.    Person who is fit for Panchkarma procedures ( Shodhanara)
2.    Dry or rough ( Ruksha) – Vataj prakriti
3.    Diseases due to vitiation of Vata
4.    Persons, who do regular exercise like Athelete, fitness seekers, gymers ( (Vyayam Sheela)
5.    Intellectuals, Executives (Chintaka)
6.    Essential preparatory procedure for other Panchakarma procedures.
7.    Vatarogas like Hemiplagia, Paralysis ( Pakshaghata), Sciatica ( gridhrasi), Backache ( Katishoola), Facial Palsy ( ardit ), Gout (Vatashonita), Brachial neuralgia ( avabahuka).
8.    Oligospermia ( Sheena shukra)
9.    Abdominal lump ( gulma)
10.    Acid peptic disorders( Parinama Shoola)
11.    Diseases of female genital tract ( Yoni vyapat)
12.    Emaciated ( Krisha)
13.    Marasmus (Balshosha)

Delayed Symptoms

5.    Sprue / Malabsorption syndrome ( grahani)
6.    Haemorrhoides  ( Arsha)
7.    Feeling of cold ( staimitya)

Management of Complications
Symptomatic therapy based on the doshic predominance and on the severity of the complication.
1.    Indigestion ( Ajeerna) & Thirst ( Trishna)
•    Emesis ( vamana) to be done with warm water ( ushnodaka) and to be managed accordingly.
2.    Fasting, vomiting and sudation, administering foods, drinks and medicines which are dry.
3.    Use of fermented alcoholic preparation made from buttermilk ( Takrarishtha), Barley ( Yava), long pepper ( Pippali), three myrobalans ( thiphla), Honey ( kshodra), Cow’s Urine ( Gomootra), Commiphora mukul ( guggulu), etc.
4.    Other Complications: symptomatic therapy based on the doshic predominance and on the severity of complications.
